    Amazing customer service

    I bought one foldable mattress but found it was too soft. Got in touch to ask for a return and they offered me an alternative that was firmer. They brought the new one and took the old one without any extra fee (except for the price difference between models) overall they were very responsive and I felt treated well as a customer.
